Pam Lincoln is a wine educator, as well as co-owner of oranjetractor, and periodically offers wine education classes to local residents and visitors. These classes have a formal basis, in that they cover some of the basic principles of grape and wine production, yet have a fun, informal attitude that allows people to learn more about the fundamentals of wine, whilst having a great time.
