Join us on April, 1 at 11am for a garden tour (Forage in the Food Forest) followed by ONE of the following workshops, and an optional lunch (must be pre-booked):

Fromage:  Cheesemaking with award winning Porongurup Pure (sheep's cheese) producers Nic & Scotty

Fermented Food:  The art of fermenting foods (such as Kimchee) by Mandy Hodgson of Denmark Harvest

Fermented Beverages:  Real cider making with Denmark Heritage Cider producer, Stuart Douglass

Concludes at 3pm
